IT Tech Lead

IT Tech Lead
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced IT Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. As an IT Tech Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the technical support team as well as participating as an active member of the team. Core Responsibilities
The IT Tech Lead is responsible for driving the team to be more productive, will work within the Customer Success, and will report to the IT Manager. Lead Tech Support provides answers to and resolves all technical concerns related to hardware and software, and EMR Systems used by the company and clients in an efficient and timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
EMR Team Management
  • Checking and monitoring of daily Itinerary of all EMR Representatives and Accomplishment Report.
  • Consolidation, checking and ensuring correct weekly report of all EMR Representative to be submitted to VP for Operations and IT Head.
  • Checking and ensuring the correctness of EMR Representative’s Monthly Expense Report.
  • Ensure that the EMR Representative submit a monthly itinerary and ensuring their compliance.
  • Provide assistance in managing and resolving client concerns.
  • Ensure that all EMR Representatives perform a monthly data retrieval of their respective clients.
  • Ensure that all request for system installation and equipment purchase request are in accordance with the process, policy and approved by the IT Head before proceeding.
  • Responsible for consolidation of EMR system points from EMR Representatives.
  • Responsible for sending on time, correct and complete EMR System points report to data management department.
  • Ensure that all EMR Representatives provide an excellent customer service and positive client feedback.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by IT Head.
  • Checking, Updating and Monitoring of EMR Client Inventory System
  • Ensure EMR Representatives compliance in updating their respective client profile on the system.
  • Ensure regular uploading and correct data backup of all clients’ data on the system.
Technical Team Management
  • Regular Checking, Updating and Monitoring of all technical operations
  • Ensure that all units need to operation such as Servers, Network, CCTV , Telephone lines are working and stable
  • Ensure that all turn around time support are addressed in timely manner
  • Ensure that all files and data are secured
IT Help Desk System Administrator
  • Regular Checking, Updating and Monitoring of IT Help Desk System
  • Receive and answering all technical related phone calls
  • Generate ticket using the IT Help desk system based on employees reported concern to be address by the IT Tech personnel.
  • Ensure that all concerns input and open tickets on the system are addressed by the IT Tech Personnel
EMR and Office Technical Support Admin
  • Provides immediate support to EMR Client’s concern and complaints as needed.
  • Ensure that all repairs and purchase request are address or resolve as soon as possible.
  • Assist in troubleshooting a variety of computer issues (ex: printer, internet etc…) in the absence of IT Tech Support
  • Ensure that all IT server rooms are clean and organize
  • Ensure that IT Technical Support personnel checked phone lines and update the status daily
  • Ensure that IT Technical Support personnel checked Internet lines and update the status daily
  • Ensure that IT Technical Support personnel checked CCTV and update the status daily
  • Ensure that IT Technical Support personnel checked Active Server Units Status daily
  • In-charge in all IT Disposal items/units upon approval of IT Supervisor
People Management and Competency Development
  • In-charge of EMR Representatives Personnel and Technical Support Personnel Performance Management and Competency Development
  • Leads and ensures EMR Representative and Technical Support compliance to company policies and SOPs
  • In-charge in Team Improvements in terms of Knowledge, Skills, Systems and Behavior
  • Cascades corporate information, processes, direction, and systems to team members timely and effectively
  • Handles and resolves subordinates’ issues
Admin
  • Performance Appraisal per semester
  • Checking and Monitoring of all Document files in G-suits
  • Monitoring the Attendance of all EMR Representative’s and Technical Support Personnel
  • Checks and validates EMR Representative’s field reports and documents
  • Scheduling of IT Personnel in all Company’s events
  • Provides regular update of all tasks to IT Head
  • Checking, Monitoring, Compilation and proper safe keeping of all EMR / Technical files and reports
  • IT Asset Management System (Asset management)
  • Technical Infrastructure Improvements
Qualifications
  • 4-year degree in BS Computer Science, BS Information Technology or any IT related Course
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT with a focus on networking, asset management, computer hardware, operating systems, and servers.
  • Experience in leading technical teams.
  • Experience in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
