Job Qualification

• Graduate of any four-year course, business course.
• Minimum 6 months working experience in retail sales, distribution, logistics and/or warehousing environment under fast moving consumer goods sector.
• Knowledgeable in SAP System
• Amenable to work Mondays to Saturdays and shifting schedule

1. Responsible for billing all issued items to customers (SAP) through withdrawal documents such as sales orders. Veracity of picked items are cross-checked with pick list to ascertain served items vis-à-vis partially served and unserved.
2. Executes posting of customer receipt dates (SAP) and further adjustments in delivery quantities related to discrepancies. Required credit memo applied to customer account is likewise generated and corresponding charges to erring truckers formulated.
3. Responsible for the timely transmittal of delivery / pull-out documents to accounting. Desired timeline is 48 hours from the time of delivery.
4. Performs data gathering and generation of various invoicing reports including but not limited to : below minimum inventory (SAP), un-served stocks per store, transmittal report, liquidation report, etc.
5. Performs whatever function that maybe assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
