JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for the end to end recruitment flow for employees. (Sourcing, initial interview, coordination with hiring managers, job offer, onboarding, contract signing and orientation, offboarding, and quitclaim).
• Managing and maintaining the 201 files of employees.
• Prepares and distributes company policies, memorandum, building circulars and holiday announcements in a timely manner.
• Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions and terminations.
• Prepares and monitors 3rd and 5th month performance evaluation of employees.
• Prepare timekeeping summary every cut-off period of regional employees in order to process accurate payroll.
• ID Request, Uniform Request and Payment, Flight Booking Request, Calling Card Request, Hotel Accommodation Request.
• Other reports and adhoc tasks as required by RSM/ Commercial Manager/ HQ.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
