RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reports to the HR Manager of the company. She/He will handle day-to-day Human Resource functions including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, and other tasks that may be assigned.
• On Timekeeping:

Check daily attendance of employees, summarize and make payroll.

• On Recruitment

Ensures qualified applicants are employed by the company. Right Person to the Right Position

• HR Documentation:

Will ensure safekeeping of employees’ 201 files, correspondences and other related records.
EQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledgeable in all facets of Human Resources such as but not limited to recruitment, timekeeping, compensation and benefits and employee relations;
• Graduate of BS Psychology or any related courses;
• Proficient in MS Office applications;
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
• Work experience in HR an advantage;
