Handles recruitment activities including advertising or posting of job vacancies, processing of applications, conducting preliminary interviews, arranging selection interviews and handling employment documentation;
Coordinates with manpower agencies for workforce demands;
Performs timekeeping activities;
Responds to inquiries of employees regarding clearance status, employment status, timekeeping and other employee concerns;
Assists in planning and organizing employee welfare programs and other company activities;
Performs related tasks as may be assigned form time to time.
Job Qualifications:
A graduate of human resource management, psychology, political science, business management, business administration, behavioral science or any related courses;
Preferably with at least (6) six months experience as a human resources assistant (recruitment) or equivalent professional practice;
Proficient in written and communication skills;
Proficient in basic computer processes programs (word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software and internet navigation and e-mail);
