HR Assistant
Skills:
The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department by performing a variety of administrative and operational tasks related to employee relations, recruitment, and HR processes. This role involves assisting with daily HR functions and contributing to the efficient management of HR policies and practices.
Provide administrative support for HR functions, including preparing HR reports, managing correspondence, and maintaining HR files.
Contribute to special HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement activities or process improvements.
Qualifications:
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferably with an HR-related experience.
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
