Job Responsibilities: Oversees and manages the cleanliness and maintenance of the hostel, bar and restaurant. These include the following tasks: * Assigns tasks to housekeeping staff; * Ensures that cleaning standards are met and maintains inventory of the cleaning supplies; * Trains new employees, schedules staff, and manages budgets. * Responds to guest or client requests and address any issues or complaints that arise. The ideal candidate for this role must be detail-oriented individual with strong leadership and communication skills.
