Oversee the maintenance and repair of all vehicles and mechanical equipment within the organization, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
Develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of fleet.
Train and mentor junior mechanics and technicians, providing guidance on complex repairs and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Assists in negotiation with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts for parts, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.
Perform diagnostic tests to identify mechanical issues and vehicle tune-ups.
Design and fabricate custom parts or modifications to meet specific operational needs or to improve efficiency.
Investigate and resolve any complaints or issues related to mechanical failures or subpar repair work, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the organization’s reputation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Certified NC2 Automotive Professional
With at least four (4) years of mechanic works.
Organized and keen to details.
Ability to lead a group and mentor/train the same.
Good communication skills.
Open to render work outside Cagayan de Oro.
