1. Understand and observed policies and procedures set by the company. 2. Establish historical data and statistics for comparative sales analysis aswell as revenue report. 3. Your department is the heart of the information, all collaterals must beupdated, enough supply, well displayed and quality presentation. 4. Accurate and timely submission of sales report with complete supportingattachments of revenue source record to accounting. 5. Control traffic and manage bottle neck situation effectively andproactively. 6. Closely coordinate and update with Housekeeping Department relative toroom status, check in/out clearance, and incidental charges. 7. Interact with guest professionally and briefly. 8. Well verse in all information related to the property, outsourced networkand affiliations relative to guest requirement. 9. Establish accuracy in required reports, such as daily sales, occupancy,room forecast, weather status, reservation and event booking. 10. Establish accurate data of guest folio, billing arrangement and otherrequirement of the guest.Unauthorized reproduction and/or possession of this document is strictly prohibited 11. Directly coordinate to other Department Officer/Team Leader for otherguest requirement. 12. Recommend staff for disciplinary action, career advancement, andtermination and performance evaluation. 13. Directly handles complaints related to your department, and submitsreports on various guest feedback to guide your team for an aboveaverage rating. 14. Develop and implement staff rosters, maintain staff records, train andfollow-up training and development, process office documents, draftcorrespondence. 15. Conduct bi-monthly Front Office staff meeting. 16. Adhere to company code of discipline. 17. Conduct staff daily shift briefing. 18. Monitor and ensure that government permit, accreditation and licenses ondisplay are updated and valid. 19. Set-up and back-up all files in your system. 20.
