Our ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with Go High Level and a passion for driving client success through automation, marketing funnels, and CRM systems. Responsibilities:
CRM Management: Oversee the configuration, management, and maintenance of the Go High Level platform for multiple clients.
Automation Setup: Build and implement automated workflows, triggers, and pipelines to streamline business operations.
Marketing Funnels: Create and optimize sales funnels, including lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer conversion strategies.
Email Campaigns: Design, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns using Go High Level’s tools.
Landing Pages & Forms: Develop and optimize landing pages, forms, and surveys within the platform to capture leads effectively.
Integrations: Set up and maintain integrations between Go High Level and other third-party tools like Zapier, Google Sheets, Facebook, and more.
Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and improve outcomes.
Client Support: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure Go High Level delivers optimal results.
Lead Management: Set up and maintain systems for managing and organizing leads, tracking interactions, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Team Training: Train team members or clients on how to use Go High Level’s features effectively.
Requirements:
Proven experience using Go High Level for CRM, marketing automation, and funnel building.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing funnels, lead generation, and client nurturing.
Experience with setting up automations, pipelines, workflows, and custom fields.
Proficiency in email marketing and SMS marketing campaign setup.
Ability to create and optimize landing pages, surveys, and forms.
Knowledge of Go High Level’s reporting and analytics tools.
Experience with third-party integrations (e.g., Zapier, Google Sheets, Facebook Ads).
Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues within the platform.
Previous experience working with digital marketing agencies or managing multiple clients is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in working as GHL backend support is a must
Familiarity with Facebook Ads,
Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
