Football Coach/Safe Space Coordinator
Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Education majoring in Physical Education or related field.
- Previous experience in sports coaching, education, or related fields preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in football
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sports programs tailored to the needs and interests of participants, with expertise in volleyball, football, and badminton.
- Organize and oversee sports events, tournaments, and competitions in the specified sports.
- Provide coaching, instruction, and guidance to participants to enhance their skills and performance in volleyball, football, and badminton.
- Serve as the Safe Space Program Coordinator, ensuring the implementation and success of the organization's safe space initiatives.
- Collaborate with other staff members to coordinate logistics, equipment, and facilities for sports activities and safe space programs.
- Maintain accurate records of participant attendance, progress, and achievements in both sports programs and safe space activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations during sports activities and safe space programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, personal development, and safety.
- Communicate effectively with participants, parents, staff, and stakeholders regarding sports programs, safe space initiatives, and activities.
- Stay updated on current trends, best practices, and innovations in sports education, coaching, and safe space programming.
- Assist with other duties and projects as assigned by management.
