Job Title: Finishing Carpenter
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and attentive Finishing Carpenter to assist with
both household carpentry work and the manufacturing of guitars. The ideal candidate will
possess exceptional carpentry skills, a discerning eye for detail, and a commitment to
perfection. This role demands adherence to high standards, skillful workmanship, and a
willingness to learn new techniques and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
● Implement design of products to specification
● Assemble guitars with precision and care
● Paint and finish products to the highest standard
● Work with a variety of new materials, including resin and carbon fiber
● Use a range of hand and power tools, including routers, drill presses, band saws,
jointers, and planers
● Maintain a clean and organized workspace
● Ensure all work meets stringent quality standards
● Collaborate with team members to improve processes and product quality
Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a carpenter, with a focus on finishing work
● Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
● Proficiency with hand and power tools
● Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
● Experience working with resin and carbon fiber is a plus
● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise
● Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
● Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
● Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new techniques and materials
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
