Finance and Administrative Assistant
Principal Duties:
- Review and monitor account receivable.
- Perform administrative functions such as but not limited to financial reports and people handling.
- Approve sales orders based on set perimeters and ensure a swift process of the same.
- Monitors petty cash fund and ensures proper disbursement.
- Coordinates with heads of other departments to maintain smooth business operations.
- Will comply tasks that will be given by respective head/s on a daily basis.
- Assist new hire/s in onboarding process.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-3 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Possesses strong leadership skills.
- Possesses very good oral and written communication skills.
