What is this role about?
The role is responsible for the safe and efficient operations of the boiler to support the plant's operations. This role will also perform dual function as process operator and plant maintenance technician.

The role is responsible for the safe and efficient operations of the boiler to support the plant's operations. This role will also perform dual function as process operator and plant maintenance technician.
What will YOU do?
- Ensure that the plant runs as planned in a safe and efficient way
- Operate and monitor plant operation at the field and make the necessary actions to attain the required operating parameters to produce the right product quality and volume
- Coordinate the field plant operation with the PLC control through the lead technician
- Monitor, take, and report regular inventory of raw materials, chemicals, process aids and finish product and submits to his supervisor
- Take regular and special samples as needed and brings to the laboratory for analysis
- Coordinate with the chemist on the raw material and product analysis and other needed laboratory assistance
- Perform start-up, shutdown, emergency procedures, and plant troubleshooting
- Report and request the needed preventive and corrective maintenance at the plant
What will YOU need?
- Physically fit - willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedule
- Willing to be assigned in CME Plant in Roxas, Zamboanga
- Must have TESDA - Mechatronics Servicing NC II certification
- Graduate of Industrial Technology in Mechanical or Electrical/ other vocational related courses
- Working knowledge of Process Equipment (e.g. pumps, heat exchangers, filters and wastewater treatment facilities)
- Must have experience as an electrician and working in a plant
