Role and Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement regional agronomic marketing plans.
2. Organize trial programs for customers/ farmers to determine the best method of improving crop production
3. Implement the field trials and commercial demos of Foliar Fertilizers products on target crops (Rice, Corn and Vegetable)
4. Gather trial data, photos and testimonies of farmer cooperators
5. Assist in the conduct of technical competency training in his territories.
6. To support business growth through expansion of product portfolio.
7. Support the business development activities and assist on addressing technical concerns
8. Submit monthly reports and up-to-date data base monitoring of Demo Farms
9. Develop and implement agronomic plans to support customer and maintain maximum production.
Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Preferably a degree holder in Agriculture Major in Crop Science or any related field
• With or without experience in agricultural field.
• Can drive motorcycle and has driver's license

• Knowledge of agri-food chain processes
• Organization and planning capabilities
• People Management Skills
• Knowledge of/ability to use laboratory testing equipment (for chemical, physical and biological tests)
• Communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
