· Must be a Bachelor's degree graduate of any 4 year course
· Minimum of 2 years experience as field sales supervisor
· Proven track record of managing a sales team and achieving sales targets
· Preferably has a background in FMCG distribution industry
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficient in MS Office, familiar with collating and analyzing sales and receivables data, and making of reports
· Knows how to drive with a valid driver's license
Willing to travel outside of Cagayan de Oro for field works
