Field Marketing Representative
BASIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Benefits:
- Promote, offer and secure loans via door-to-door marketing
- Verify and confirm authenticity of the borrower's information and requirements in accordance to company policies & procedures
- Release loan proceeds to borrowers
- Expedites resolution of customer problems, concerns and complaints in accordance with the company policies and procedures and in coordination with his immediate supervisor and/or concerned departments
- Evaluate, qualify and acquire potential agency verifiers and contacts
- Ensure consistent production and management of assigned agencies
- Analyses the market’s potential Provide market and competitor’s analysis as needed
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies as needed|
- College Graduate / College level / Vocational Graduate / High School Graduate
- With relevant work experience in Financial or Loan Institution is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications.
- Familiarity with the different Loan and financial Processes is an advantage.
- Honest & trustworthy, “Can Do” attitude, with great sense of responsibility, resourceful and flexible.
- Creative and can think out-of-the-box.
- Willing in everyday 100 % Field work.
