JOB OVERVIEW Ensuring that machinery and equipment are functioning efficiently, safely, and in compliance with standards. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic issues and perform repairs or replacements of faulty components. Install new machinery and equipment, ensuring proper assembly and alignment. Set up and configure equipment according to specifications. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and protect personnel. Conduct tests and inspections to verify the functionality and performance of machinery and equipment. Knowledge on how to operate all machines and equipment. Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities. Assists operators during machines and equipment abnormalities and deviations. Collaborate with other engineering personnel if certain problems occur which needs additional assistance. Updates machines and equipment status tags. Coordinates with all necessary machines and equipment qualifications activities. Document all executed activities and the details of Repair and Maintenance. Report all activities to the Maintenance Supervisor. Accepts other company related activities as ordered by any upper-level management personnel through the Engineering Manager or directly ordered by the General Manager/President. Education Level At least a Mechanical/Electronics/Mechatronics Technology graduate or any other related certifications, Vocational Courses related to mechanical or industrial maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment or a related field. Experience/Skills Experience in Manufacturing, (preferably have strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic systems). Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment installation and operation, and documentation. Familiar with basic automation and mechanical functions of various pharmaceutical equipment. Excellent troubleshooting skills are crucial for identifying and resolving equipment malfunctions efficiently. With strong commitment to safety to prevent accidents and protect personnel and property. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity are required for working with small components and performing precise tasks.
