To plan and manage the training of all drivers. 7. To carry out annual documented assessments of all drivers. 8. To produce weekly progress reports relating to driving styles for all drivers. 9. To communicate effectively with the driving team regarding all relevant information. 10. To undertake any training and development required to maintain effectiveness in the role. 11. To achieve and maintain professional standards across all aspects of the role. 12. To promote and encourage the spirit of teamwork and to ensure support of your colleagues. 13. To carry out all required duties within the scope of all relevant SOPs and RAs. 14. To carry out all relevant post-accident corrective coaching to the driving team & support all accident investigations. 15. To investigate all customer complaints related to driving standards.
