The Employee hereby consents to be assigned primarily the following duties and responsibilities:
i. Scanning for Payable Files:
· Efficiently scan all payable files and documents.
· Ensure that scanned documents are clear and legible.
· Ensure that scanned documents are clear and legible.
· Organize and store scanned documents in the designated digital storage system.
ii. Filing for Payable Files:
· Accurately file payable documents in both digital and physical formats.
· Maintain an organized filing system to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
· Update filing systems regularly to reflect any changes or additions.
iii. Monitoring of Actual Inventory vs. Retail Management System:
· Regularly compare physical inventory counts with the Retail Management System records.
· Identify and resolve discrepancies between actual inventory and system records.
· Report any significant inventory variances to the relevant department or supervisor.
iv. Hauling of Cement Monitoring:
· Track and document all cement hauling activities.
· Ensure that all hauling records are accurate and up-to-date.
· Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and efficient hauling operations.
v. Withdrawal Slip Monitoring:
· Monitor and record all withdrawal slips issued.
· Verify that all withdrawal slips are properly authorized and documented.
· Maintain an accurate log of all withdrawal slip transactions.
vi. Without being limited thereto. The employer reserves the right to appoint the employee to other tasks and responsibilities.
vii. She shall be under direct supervision of the Company or his/her representatives

Contract length: 3 months
Pay: Php10,500.00 - Php11,000.00 per month
