Job Responsibilities:
 In this role you will: Assist and handle public inquiries on civil registry documents such as birth
certificates, marriage contracts and other important documents.
 Performs administrative tasks for frontline or backend operations which may include responding to
customer inquiries and data encoding
 Operate a data entry terminal or computer to transcribe and/or verify a wide variety of source data,
material documents, records and information for entry into a database
 May be tasked to provide weekly reports pertinent to tasks assigned
Job Requirements:
 At least with high school diploma. Recent Senior high school graduates are welcome to apply.
 Preferably with 1 - 3 years experience in customer service and data entry.
o Typing speed and accuracy
o Basic computer operation skills
o Team player and good interpersonal skills
o Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php8,191.00 per month
