We are looking for one Customer Success Associate to join our Project Team! SUMMARY: A Customer Success Associate will manage various customer care engagements such as providing support and responding to the needs of the clients regarding the functionalities of various software and mobile applications, and other technical concerns while establishing effective contacts with clients and making sure that services are delivered accurately and on-time. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the primary point of contact, and aid in technical and system-related concerns from clients.
Provide technical assistance in the maintenance and utilization of mobile applications and various software either onsite or online and diagnose or troubleshoot arising concerns.
Provide timely and accurate customer feedback to ensure efficiency and seamless workflow while following departmental standard procedures and ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform data importation and exportation to client databases in accordance with data integrity and confidentiality.
Assist in the setup of client systems and databases.
Collaborate with flutter and software engineers, and department managers to ensure an accurate and efficient solutions is delivered.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
1 year of experience in Customer Service in any related field.
Willing to travel to client sites as needed.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Excellent customer service.
Excellent organizational ability, communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
Tech-savvy and quick to adapt.
Driving skills preferred.
