Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice/Voice - Mandaluyong City)

Connect with our clients to build relationships, provide excellent customer service and create raving fans for the business.
Create a genuine connection with our customers, and identify customer concerns and needs proactively.
Completely resolve customer concerns and in most cases ensure that such concerns are resolved in one call.
Provide feedback and help escalate customer concerns in a timely manner significant to customer service executives.
Stay up to date on all relevant company and product updates and information
Knowledge and Skills Required:
At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate
VOICE = with or without BPO experience
NON-VOICE = with at least 6 months chat support experience
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Must be willing to work in an OFFICE-BASED setup
Applicant must be willing to work in Paragon Plaza, Mandaluyong City
Can start on DECEMBER 2, 2024
Willing to work during Manila night hours graveyard shift, shifting schedules, weekends and holidays
