Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) - Cebu
Job Purpose: The position is responsible in providing Phil Care members with a holistically positive and pleasant experience at the Quick Assist Satellite Offices Duties and Responsibilities 1. Out-patient Service
Issues Letter of Authorization (LOA) for members availing out-patient services including consultations and laboratory procedure within the assigned Quick Assist Satellite
Endorses / sets appointment with our affiliated Doctors and/ or cost centers for our members
Addresses members’ concerns regarding their Phil Care coverage benefits
Respondsto inquiries regarding Phil Care products and services
2. Customer Service
Assists VIP as endorse by Head office
Provides outmost customer service to all members
Formulates recommendations that will have impact business objectives and move the actual customer experience toward the ideal.
3. Report Generation
Monthly submission of performance/ availment in Quick Assist Satellite Offices
4. Others
Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Specifications Minimum Education : University degree graduate of any Medical allied course Experience Required : At least 1 year of related work experience Competencies · Core : Customer Service, Customer Focus, Phone Skills, Listening, Verbal Communication, Data Entry Skills, Product Knowledge, Job Knowledge, Objectivity, Dependability, Multi-tasking · Technical : knowledge in Medical Terms · Universal : Knowledge of MS Office Applications Critical Traits: Attention to details, Organized, Good Analytical Skills, Good Interpersonal Skills Working Environment : Office-based Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits:
