Key Responsibilities:
-LEAD AND ENGAGE: Take charge of customer interactions by confidently expressing expertise in solving customers problem. Lead conversations with a proactive approach, demonstrating your expertise to guide customers through their inquiries or concerns effectively.
-DEMONSTRATE EXPERTISE: Utilize your deep understanding of our products/services to provide comprehensive and accurate information to customers. Showcasing your expertise will not only resolve customer issues but also enhance their overall experience.
-PROBLEM SOLVING: Embrace challenges as opportunities to demonstrate your problem-solving skills. Approach each situation with a solution-oriented mindset, utilizing your outspoken nature to effectively address customer concerns and find resolutions.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills with a confident and outspoken demeanor.
• Demonstrated ability to showcase expertise and lead conversations effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to customer interactions.
• Ability to build rapport and establish genuine connections with customers.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new information and technologies.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

• Senior High School (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Service Representative: 1 year (Preferred)
• BPO: 1 year (Preferred)
