JOB SUMMARY
Responsible evaluating, reviewing, and checking as well as recommending loan proposals and helps in the smooth flow of approval.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS)
1. Responsible for evaluating, reviewing, and checking of loan applications, and ensuring the completeness of the loan requirements of which:
I. Verifies attached documents and ensure that documents submitted if with stamp of "SEEN ORIGINAL COPY", “AUTHENTICATED DOCUMENTS” and “SIGNATURE VERIFIED”.
II. Double check encoded details of the following spelling of NAME, EMPLOYEE No., DIVISION No., STATION No., EDATE and TDATE base on submitted payslips and valid IDs which is vital in BILLING process.
III. Makes the final assessment based on Risk Acceptance criteria such as but not limited to the following: amount of loan applied in the files, interest rates, term, monthly amortization, etc.
2. Shall ensure that all accounts are qualified to avail APDS and that all documents submitted are complete and valid.
3. Analyze and review applicant’s financial and credit status to determine possibility of granting loans.
4. Approved loans within specified limits and refer loan applications outside those limits to management for approval;
5. Check details and attach Dep ED Confirmations from Dep ED verifiers in cnd web.
6. Assist APDS Credit Lending Head in loan management functions.
JOB SPECIFICATION & MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB
Education : Must be a graduate of Business Management, Finance or any related course
Experience : Preferably with background in Credit Assessment and Financial Analysis.
Others : Good interpersonal skills, analytical, with background in Commerce. Organized
and with good communication skills. Keen to details and highly trainable.
