Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in Political Science, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent.
Has at least 2 years of experience handling community development work.
Experience and involvement with social development projects and recreational programs and familiarity with PMRC compliant reports as required by DENR, MGB, PSE, SEC, etc.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High degree of initiative, self-motivation, accountability, and independent judgment
Computer Literate (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Power Point)
Willing to travel and be assigned to Bulacan, board, and lodging is provided
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in developing effective strategies to ensure substantive progress in its ongoing and long-term commitment to operate in a socially responsible manner.
Distributes an accurate, timely, and informative communications materials.
Assist in the implementation of comprehensive, high-quality, and effective programs that promote at the local, regional, and, at times, national levels.
Assist in developing and implementing community plans and ensure that program deliverables are met within the agreed budget.
