Commis Chef
As a Commis Chef, you will ensure daily culinary operations go accordingly and adjust to challenges throughout the day.

- Ensure completion of daily kitchen production requirements on time.
- Ensure compliance of reporting kitchen staff and/or subordinates of proper execution of preparing and cooking of each dish is up to company standards.
- Ensure the compliance of food safety and standard operating procedures of reporting kitchen staff and/or subordinates.
- Manage daily kitchen inventory and daily kitchen report.
- At least two (2) year work experience in a kitchen environment
- Graduate of any four (4) course or equivalent professional training
- Ability to read and communicate in English.
