Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor/College Degree in Chemistry or any related course;
• Must be a Registered/Licensed Chemist.
• Preferably with 1 year of experience in similar position in manufacturing setting.
• Have an excellent communication and good interpersonal skills.
• With background in Oracle / SAP / ERP or equivalent
• With background in ISO 9001 quality management system or ISIO 14001 environmental management system.
• Background with PCO is an advantage
• Willing to work in Ma-a Davao

Job Description:
Conducts in-house physical analyses, chemical analyses, and coordinates with an outside or third party analyses for the following:

• Microbiological Analyses
• Heavy Metals Analyses of ROHS
• Efficacy or Kill Rate Tests (As per request from Sales)
• Ambient Air Monitoring of the Plant Facilities (Annually)
• Waste Water Analysis Sampling (quarterly)
• And other certifications from Government Agencies when necessary

Conducts Lab Batch of the following to ensure its effectiveness and compatibility:

• New Product Development
• Enhanced Product
• Raw Material Replacement
• Develops materials for Product Launching covering: MSDS, Technical Data Sheets, Labels

Facilitates the preparation of the following documents for Sales and Export Use:

• Certification of Analysis of products
• Certification on its uses, application, safety and others.
• Provides MSDS for each of the products as per request
• Certification on its safety for transport by Air or Land
• Responsible in the preparation of Self Monitoring Report (SMR) on a quarterly basis for DENR and LLDA. And annual preparation of request for license renewal of PERMIT TO OPERATE (DENR), and DISCHARGE PERMIT (LLDA) .

Responsible in the preparation of Plant for the Annual Audit conducted by FDA (FOOD and DRUG AGENCY) relevant to our License to Operate as :

• HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES MANUFACTURER AND IMPORTER
• COSMETICS MANUFACTURER
• Responsible in ensuring the ISO 9001:2015 Certification is maintained and pass the renewal audit every 3 years, as well as the yearly surveillance audit, by implementing regular ISO Meetings and Management Review.
• Responsible in the application for all products requiring Certificate of Product Registration under FDA, and its renewal as well.
• Troubleshoots complaints and identifies corrective and preventive actions for local and export concerns.
