Qualifications:

• College graduate of Accounting tech, Management accounting or any related course
• with or without experience
• Good written and oral communications skills

JOB DESCRIPTION
-Accepting various payments & custodian thereof, including issuance of receipt,
acknowledgement of post-dated cheque and employee monthly deductions
- Spare parts check or cash payment and cash out
- Accepting or receiving of special orders and communicates with partsman
- Monitoring of accounts receivables and due dates. Communicates with Accounting Clerk
-Service shop (JO and labor)
- Encode customer’s payment (check or cash) in the system
- Prepare various cash and collection deposit and submit to Accounting Clerk
-Prepare and print daily cash flow for dealership
-Tagging of cash and check collection in the system every end of the day
- Conduct daily cash count for every end of the day transactions
