Job Qualifications
Pay: Up to Php16,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Completed 2 years in college (72 units) with at least 6 months of customer service related work experience.
- Graduates of 4 year course with at least 6 months of customer service related work experience.
- Has a good customer service orientation.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Has good analytical skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
- Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Willing to work onsite
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- 20% Night Differential
- Day 1 HMO
- HMO for 1 dependent upon regularization
Pay: Up to Php16,000.00 per month
