DESCRIPTION The Branch Sales and Marketing Assistant is responsible for finding and engaging potential clients for the products and services. The position requires good communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to listen and understand the needs and preferences of the clients. Maintaining a long-term and customer-friendly relationship is essential. The position involves creating and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns, using various channels such as social media, email, web, and direct field marketing. Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns and making adjustments as needed is necessary. Additionally, collecting past due accounts, processing loans applications, and conducting credible client background investigations are part of the tasks. QUALIFICATIONS
At least college level of any business-related courses
Preferably with own motorcycle and valid driver's license
Preferably with marketing, collection, and credit investigation experience
Excellent communication and presentation skill
