Qaulificatios: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field. -With experience in managing support operations including process improvement and performance tracking.
-With understanding in Customer Service principles and practices.
-Good communication skills
-Experience in working with diverse teams
-Problem solving and Decision Making skills
-Ability to interpret performance data, SLA and other metrics to improve regional support efficiency.
-With at least 2 years experience in Customer Support, Regional Management or a related field.
-Time management skills.
-Willing to do Field Work within North Luzon
