Job Description:

• Spreads the good name of Anglo-Eastern to various maritime related organizations and seafarers in Visayas or Ilo Ilo and neighboring areas.
• Represents the company at local events related to the maritime industry and visits venues frequented by seafarers.
• Sends daily, weekly, and quarterly, and annual report to Head Office.
• Coordinates pre-employment medical referral and forwards original documents to Processing Manager via private courier.
• Conducts debriefing procedures of off-signers and accomplish the necessary forms.
• Sources suitable seafarers to fulfill relief and expansion requirements.
• Advertises, screens applicants and proposes to Recruitment Supervisor/Fleet Managers.
• Arranges Computer Based Training (CBT) and teleconference interview for the applicant.

Qualifications

• 4-year course graduate
• At least 1-year relevant experience
• Background and expertise in the Maritime Industry is an advantage
• Excellent English Communication skills (written and oral)
• Has familiarity with using computer software and programmes (MS Office, Outlook, etc)
• Can handle daily reports and expense monitoring
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
