JOB OVERVIEW
The Branch Manager Trainees will experience a well-rounded training in business learning for almost six months. During the traineeship, they will get to know the nuts and bolts of our company’s functions and operations. They will also learn how to identify and apply important strategies and business processes.
SKILL AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or other related fields.
· Compelling verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
· Computer literate with working knowledge of Office Applications to manage Word documents, spreadsheets and databases, and presentations.
· Preferably with an experience in a managerial position in a similar industry.
· Fresh graduates with strong leadership skills are welcome to apply.
· Must be willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.
· Is able to find efficient and creative solutions for every challenge.
· Could blend and work efficiently in a multi-cultural and multi-dimensional work environment with varying complexity.
· Is able to guide others to achieve results and objectives.
· Has the capacity to conceptualize and execute a project from start to finish.
· Has the ability to mingle and work with people from different walks of life and different life perspectives.
· Has the ability to deliver on promises and maintain objectivity.
· Has a strong passion for life-long learning
