Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop branch staff to achieve individual and team goals. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in branch management or a similar role. Demonstrated success in team leadership.
