Booking Reservation/ Front-desk Staff (Iligan City)
Booking Reservation/ Front Desk Staff assists customers who wish to make reservations for any services offered by Skinlogics (subsidiary). Should be independent and able to assist customers with reservations for a wide range of services. Should be able to provide information, respond to customer inquiries and questions, investigate rate options and availability, and provide details on available options. Assist with booking the reservation and provide confirmation details, help with changing or cancelling an existing reservation.
Qualifications:
Pay: From Php12,000.00 per month

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management/Hotel and Restaurant Management is a plus
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in computer operations (MS Office, Google, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Should possess professional attitude and work appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Pay: From Php12,000.00 per month
