As a Bancassurance Sales Executive, you will act as an ambassador of our partnered bank by helping them celebrate living. Similarly, you will be involved in the implementation of strategic initiatives to build and maintain cordial business relationship with bank partners to grow and retain dedicated sales distribution model. You will have a dedicated bank branch assignment and will be reporting to the respective Area Sales Head. Location: Laguna, Alabang, BGC, Makati, Aparri, Tarlac, Cebu and Leyte Key Accountabilities:
Offers Traditional and Variable products to clients of the partnered bank.
Responsible for overall delivery of sales performance and acquisition of new
business.
Retention of quality business for the assigned branch and area.
Skills & Experience Required:
At least Bachelor’s Degree graduate but preferably business course related.
Minimum 1-year solid sales and account management experience in financial
services is an advantage. Career shifters are welcome.
Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as internal and external
customer focus.
Must be a team player but should be able to work independently with high
degree of energy, motivation and ability to set own goals/priorities.
