Auditor

JOB SUMMARY
This position is primarily responsible for employing a systematic approach to assessing and improving the effectiveness of internal control and monitoring the implementation of audit procedures and guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A graduate of BS Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management
  • At least 1-2 years (s) of working experience in the related field
  • Experience with Kloud Hotels is an advantage
  • Will be assigned in our sister company: Golden Peak Hotel
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Reviews all transactions and validates accuracy for posting of charges in the system before day closing
  • Checks for any possible discrepancies which includes room status, rates, and no-shows.
  • Performs operational audits on various outlets which include Banquet, Kitchen, and Inventory
  • Ensures proper adherence to documentation for Banquet transactions
  • Review inventory flow from requisition, delivery, stocking, and withdrawals to ensure proper observance of established guidelines, procedures, and documentation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

  • 8 hour shift
Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Audit: 2 years (Preferred)
