Assistant Cashier
- At least a high school graduate.
- With a pleasing personality and a positive attitude.
- At least 6 months of cashiering experience, preferably in a retail or service environment.
- Good math skills with the ability to perform basic calculations quickly and accurately.
- Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Customer satisfaction-oriented with a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling, POS systems, and basic accounting principles.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential customer information securely.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Manage transactions with customers using the cash register and POS system efficiently.
- Scan goods, ensure pricing is accurate, and handle any discrepancies promptly.
- Collect payments in cash, credit, or other accepted payment methods, ensuring accuracy.
- Receive payments, issue receipts, refunds, or change, and ensure transaction records are maintained.
- Greet customers warmly when entering or leaving the store, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Assist customers with inquiries about products, services, and promotions.
- Maintain clean and tidy working areas, including the checkout counter and surrounding areas.
- Assist in balancing the cash drawer, reconciling daily sales, and preparing cash reports.
- Help with inventory management by alerting supervisors of low-stock items when necessary.
- Support the lead cashier in daily operations and cover shifts as required.
- Willing to be assigned in ROBINSONS JARO
- Available to start immediately.
