Develops, implements, and monitors strategic sales initiatives to achieve sales targets.
Demonstrates product features and benefits to potential clients, particularly on CCTV and security solutions.
Manages key customer relationships and serves as the main point of contact for escalated client concerns.
Oversees the daily activities of the sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and ensuring adherence to performance standards.
Creates and implements sales forecasts and develops plans to increase market share and profitability.
Conducts market research, competitive analysis, and monitors trends to identify new business opportunities.
Attends and leads sales meetings to share updates on goals, performance, and upcoming product launches.
Collaborates with internal departments such as Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Prepares and presents sales reports, highlighting key metrics and suggesting areas for improvement.
Builds and maintains positive relationships with co-workers to promote an environment of teamwork and collaboration.
Performs additional tasks and responsibilities that are equivalent, relevant, or connected to, and/or implied by the above enumeration of duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications:
MUST have a minimum of 2-3 years of previous work experience in sales management, preferably in the technology or security solutions industry.
Male OR female.
Must be customer-service oriented and have a proven track record in sales.
Strong knowledge of sales strategies, CRM software, and telephone etiquette.
Excellent communication skills; written and oral.
Highly organized with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while managing and motivating a sales team.
Computer literate and familiar with sales software tools.
Working knowledge of MS Office and other business applications.
Experience in security systems (CCTV, surveillance) is a plus but not required.
