Job Summary: The Area Sales Coordinator will be responsible for helping Inoza Vet Division to achieve its Sales Objective in feed additives, Veterinary Products, and Base mix Market by performing the following responsibilities in the areas of Sales Coordinator to Account Management, Customer Service, and Custodian of Company–owned properties. The GM and SM will determine policies, and provide supervision and guidance as needed. The Area Sales Representative will be expected to function in guidance with the AREA SALES MANAGER but also can take initiative. He/she will be handling job-related information and must be able to maintain utmost confidentiality. Formulate and Implement an effective Account Plan / Management (W);
2. Consistently gathers information on client’s plans, policies, and other related activities (expansions, re-organizations, etc.) (D); 3. Develop action plans that will maintain old clients; and create and develop new clients (M); B.Customer Service 1. Establish relationships with the primary decision makers (President, CEO, Executive Body, Team Leaders – Technical, Purchasing, QA, etc.) and secondary decision makers (secretary, clerks) (D); 2. Develops partnership with key clients through product development/technical services (D); 3. Provide needed technical assistance as part of after-sales service to active clients (W); C.Custodian of Company Issued Properties 1. Ensure that all company-issued properties are in good condition and available for use (D); 2. Inculcates the core values of STEWARDSHIP but subject to regular audit (A); Key Qualifications Education: College Graduate: With a degree in: Bachelor of Science in Agriculture – Animal Science or any four year business course; Experience: At least (1) year experience in the animal industry sector or selling for one year; Computer Proficiency (MS Office); Good oral and written communication skills (good command of English language); Good presentation skills; Effective negotiating and selling skills; Knows how to drive and with a driver’s license; Willing to work under pressure.
