What is this role about?
The role is responsible for implementing SFI programs and initiatives in his/her designated area of operations (municipal/city and covered barangays) and performs administrative tasks, and logistical coordination under the technical and administrative supervision of the Area Officer.

The role is responsible for implementing SFI programs and initiatives in his/her designated area of operations (municipal/city and covered barangays) and performs administrative tasks, and logistical coordination under the technical and administrative supervision of the Area Officer.
What will YOU do?

Implement Tugon sa Gutom Program at the barangay level in his/her designated city or municipality. Specifically, carry out the following under the guidance of the Area Supervisor and/or Executive Director in coordination with the agri-technicians of the LGUs:
- conduct of situation analysis, action planning and review
- training of municipal and barangay Food Security teams
- coordination with the barangay Food Security teams for the implementation of field activities
- provide technical guidance in the establishment and management of family farms and agri-livelihood
- prepares and submits activity reports
- Conducts baselining, monitoring and evaluation and program implementation reviews under the guidance of the KM team and supervision of Area Supervisor and/or Executive Director

Performs logistical tasks such as:
- Preparation and liquidation of cash advances or reimbursements of expenses
- Reservation of venues
- Coordination with partner LGU and other stakeholders
- Sending invitations and correspondences and following them up with the LGU and participants

Provide administrative support needed during meetings/activities of Area Supervisor and/or Executive Director
- preparation and printing of attendance sheets, handouts, and other reference materials
- preparation of field notes and minutes of the meeting
- photo documentation
What will YOU need?
- Open to fresh graduates of a four-year course related to agriculture
- Professional license in agriculture is an advantage
- At least 1 year of experience in project implementation, training and extension work on agriculture
- Experience in social development and agriculture industry is an advantage
- Willing to do field work within Zamboanga Del Norte
