- Oversees marketing initiatives within the assigned area and is the key point of contact between the central office and local operations.
- Effectively implements strategies that boosts activations, registrations, and first deposits.
- Better have the ability to hire and build a team from 0 special sales/promoter/parttime to promote our bingoplus
- Have effective training skill and lead the team to hit their targets.
- Monitor the use of marketing budgets, ensuring cost effective allocation of resources.
- Have ability to work and control KPI of the whole team daily, weekly, monthly.
- Have connection and experience in putting up kiosks in malls, local events in brgy and city.
- Flexible in handling team concern and report to supervisor on time.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business administration or related field
- With at least 2-3 years of work experience in related filed work
- Ability to work independently, and with less supervision
- Trustworthy, proficient in MS. Office pre Excel
- Strong understanding of the job function and responsibility
- Knowledgeable in using social media such as facebook as means to reach and recruit.
- Education: At least completed any business related courses
- With at least 1 year of experience
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
