Job Description:
1. Branch Visitation & Operational Checking
2. Monthly Performance Review & Meeting.
3. Periodic Reports
4. Branch Development & Expansions
5. To perform other related duties that may assign from time to time and other functions that the Head Office may issue occasionally.
Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-10 years working experience, with 3 years extensive supervisory / managerial experience gained in a motorcycle-related business, lending / financing company or similar financial institution
• Working knowledge in Sales & Marketing, Credit & Collection, Cash Handling and Inventory Management.
• Knows how to drive vehicle and motorcycle with valid Driver’s License (Restriction code of 1 & 2).
• Honest, Trustworthy with high level of Integrity and good leadership ability.
• Must be willing to be assigned anywhere / relocated.
• Willing to work on Shifting Schedule / Weekends.
