• Provides preventive and predictive maintenance of the air conditioning and electrical systems, conducting daily rounds and readings.
• Leads successful installation and repair of air-conditioning system together with electrical systems and wirings.
• Completes daily assigned works and accomplishes the work order form. Activities involve servicing of bearings, fans and control panels, motors, etc.
• Logs daily activities into a Turn over Logbook to update team with progress and new issues.
• Carries out trouble shooting unplanned work orders.
• Performs repair by dismounting, overhauling, fitting, polishing and repair-welding to recondition damaged/shabby equipment.
