-Provides After-Sales Service by managing customer satisfaction.
-Implements processes that will contribute to the team's efficiency and effectiveness.
-Handles customer concerns/disputes by resolving with positive manner.
-Familiarization in compliance and documentations needed with the team.
Job Qualifications:
-Must be a graduate of any 4-Year Course
-Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
-Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution Abilities
-Preferably with experience in Customer Service
-Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management
-Sales Experience is an advantage
-Amenable to Work in Magallanes,Makati City
