Job Description:

• Daily responsibilities involve direction, operation and supervision of all activities in the clinic
• Identify, evaluate, analyze and modify the business’s SOP to ensure an operating environment that assures consistent client satisfaction and achieving monthly sales target.
• Ensure patient focused operation through verification and analysis. Initiates corrective action, organize orientations, staff meetings, policy and personnel changes and general staff guidance including center level human resource concerns such as
• Maintains product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations of client feedbacks and complaints.
• Make necessary report regarding client’s feedback, suggestions and complaints.
• Develop new business and liaise with the team to develop new leads and contacts
• Executes marketing, sales and operating activities producing results that meet or exceed business goals
• Plan and organize employee’s shifts and working schedules in consideration of peak days and seasonality.
• Present a professional, well-groomed appearance
• Engage in a variety of team-and -management activities concerning capital expenses, strategic
• economic planning and strategic budgeting to meet operational goals.
• Required to report All Evaluations, Result of Events, Operations Feedback to head-office.
• Prepare weekly/monthly operations report including payroll summary and working schedules of staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Pleasing personality with a constant air of professionalism
• Excellent Communication skills
• At least 2 year-experience in Managerial position
• At least 2 year-experience in the Beauty/Aesthetic Industry
• Extensive experience in the field of Sales
• General Administrative Skills
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Computer Literate

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
