Admin-HR Executive
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute emails correspondence memos, letters and forms
- Assist in the preparation of scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system for employees' confidential records and other records
- Assist to draft HR Standard Operating Procedures/Policies and maintain them
- Handle on-boarding process for all staff and off-boarding
- Finalized draft employees' handbook and ensure a copy is provided to all staff when they join the company
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Lead admin processes such as but not limited to bank ad-on application for payroll system, business permit renewal and the like.
- Book travel arrangements and provide general support to internal and external guests
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Assist and reconcile number of staff work hours to assist in payroll disbursements
- Attend to HR duties and all related scope of an HR Lead.

- Human Resources: 3 years (Preferred)
- Philippine labor law: 2 years (Preferred)
