Specific Responsibilities:
 Check and review of the consolidated and completed customer billing documents
forwarded by the Sales and Collection Officer (SCO).
 Ensure the timely recording, billing and collections of the Company’s sales and
receivables, accordingly.
 Responsible for the issuance of Billing Statement related to customer accounts.
 Responsible for the issuance of Invoices and Official Receipts for the collection received
with the attached copy of deposit slip related to customer accounts.
 Support the company in optimizing financial transactions and systems by performing
reconciliation of payments and customer accounts.
 Ensure the timely monitoring and update of respective Customer Accounts Receivable
Schedule and Aging.
 Prepares aging of all customer accounts receivable balances.
 Ensure that company payment policies, credit terms, procedures and priorities are
properly implemented to meet the company standards.
 Communicate the recorded and accounted billing and collection discrepancies, identify
slow-paying customers, and recommend collection candidates to Accounting Manager
(AM).

Credentials and Experience
 Knowledge of accounts receivable process
 Knowledge of office administration and procedures
 Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
 Knowledge of general accounting principles
 Proficient in relevant computer software
 Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
 1-3 years accounts receivable and general accounting experience
